Places of the Shatsk Lakes
The guide treats both official settlements and meaningful named areas as places. Hriada therefore has its own profile but is clearly marked as a resort locality rather than a village.

Shatsk is the administrative centre and main gateway to the Shatsk lake district. The settlement lies between Lakes Liutsymyr and Chorne Velyke and concentrates the community’s everyday services.

Svityaz village
Svityaz is a resort village on the southern and south-eastern shore of the lake of the same name. It is the principal hub for beach access and visitor accommodation around Lake Svitiaz.

Hriada
Hriada is a named locality and established recreation area on the north-eastern shore of Lake Svitiaz. It is not a separate village, so the guide classifies it as a tourism territory.

Pulmo
Pulmo is a village between Lakes Svitiaz and Pulemetske and an important gateway to the western part of the Shatsk lake district. Routes from here reach both large lakes and several smaller waters.

Melnyky
Melnyky is a village beside Lake Pisochne and a key base in the eastern part of the Shatsk lake district. It connects routes to Pisochne, Krymne, Moshne and several smaller lakes.

Pishcha
Pishcha is a border village in the north of the Shatsk community, linked to the Velyke and Male Pishchanske lakes and the Luky–Peremut system. Border-zone rules are particularly relevant here.

Ostrivia is a village beside Lake Ostrivianske and the Luky–Peremut lake network. It provides access to a quieter north-western part of the lake district away from the main resort flows.

Zatyshshia is a small village beside Lake Luky in the northern part of the Shatsk lake district. Its visitor profile is centred on the lake’s natural setting and a low-key style of travel.

Koshary is a small village at the western edge of the Shatsk community, near the Polish border and Lake Rytets. It is a quiet peripheral part of the lake district subject to border-zone rules.
